The advantages of a Lasting Power of Attorney are that you can appoint someone to look after your affairs should you unfortunately become mentally incapable, rather than leaving this to the choice of the Court. If you are local we are happy to see you at home to take instructions and to sign documents. Normally there is no charge for home visits but this will depend upon the circumstances. When administering the estate's of deceased persons we can call on our experience of local properties and local issues to help the family through a difficult time. We also help elderly clients manage their affairs, be it at home or in a retirement home.
