William Dawes of
Rye, East Sussex, was established in 1882. Since
then it has obviously undergone many changes but still retains
the same sense of fidelity and respect for its clients.
The present partnership includes John Sperring who joined in 1976
and Rupert Parkes who started with the firm in 1985.
The practice has a long history with the area and understands
many of the issues which affects its clients.

local houses that come up for sale at regular intervals. This
